Other Districts
There are a number of surrounding districts that are also great areas that also tick all the boxes for a holiday home for example, Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Los Dolses, Playa Flamenca.
These are totally a matter of personal taste and it would be advisable to visit the areas to see which holds most appeal for you.
Costa Blanca South is an excellent place to live as you have all the facilities you could possible need close at hand, usually within walking distance and there is a good all year round bus service and the beaches are around 5 minutes’ drive away as are 3 golf courses.
There are many people living there all year round of many nationalities and English is spoken everywhere.
