" We are currently in process of completing on a house purchase in Villamartin via Sun Estates. Having liaised with Mike and Niki for a couple of months from home (London), we were one of THOSE client who knew exactly what we wanted in regards to the Location, the Décor and the price, and Sun Estates did everything they could to help us with our wish list and specifications. Niki was very willing to receive a large list of houses a few weeks before we arrived and this helped to and set up as many viewings as owners would allow, they also included a few additional house viewings. On our first viewing day, it was a pleasure meeting Mike and Niki and spending most of the day with them, this made viewings easy and relaxed. Nothing was rushed or too much trouble, as me and my husband were the pickiest of Buyers, they were not only accommodating and patient but would genuine say, nothing is a problem. Both Niki and Mike of course adhered to all the standard Covid Rules which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Mike and Niki were both thoughtful and listened what we said, they also watched our body language to see what we got excited about and knew when something was not a good match. Whilst there, a house came on the market and we were the first to see it thanks to Niki, she knew it was the type of property we had been looking for. It was the one for us and we home to soon be owners of our own Spanish home. I can absolutely say that we would recommend Sun Estates to any future buyers, the care and attention we received prior to our visit has continued with Mike and Niki and we will now be using Sun Estates for other services because of the Great Customer Service we received. You were the only agents who actually listened to what we wanted, and then interpreted that into finding us something that is perfect for our new lives in Spain. Your assistance with all our issues was so welcome.......including helping us to find a English speaking person at the bank, a car rental, and just your caring and happy attitude was a joy........and great fun We wish you every continuing success - see you end of July.
